Daytime appointments are available on Tuesday's and Thursday's
and can be made by calling Dr. Childerston at 301-991-1018 or by email at jchilderston@gmail.com.
Fees & Insurance
All fees are based on an hourly rate.
Unless prior arrangements have been made with Dr. Childerston,
fees are due and payable at the time of services rendered.
An insurance bill will be provided directly to the insurance
carrier
or to the client for reimbursement submission.
